He brings a wealth of experience including large multi family projects, podium, on-site development, off-site development, dry utilities, wet utilities, stand alone construction as well as tenant improvement and residential development in the single family sector.  Mike has managed projects on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills as well as Residential in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas Strip, Scottsdale AZ., 5th Ave in NYC, Palm Beach, FL., Dallas TX., Beach Cities in So Cal as well as many other locations and states. He has partnered with Architects, Engineers and Contractors to bring projects in on time and on budget.
